Barb Williams R.G.D.
Executive Creative Director / Partner
Barb is first and foremost a designer. Amongst all her accolades as an agency Executive Creative Director, she is intensely proud to be an accredited member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers.
Her clients would be the first to acknowledge that she has the priceless ability to carve out world-class creative ideas and designs that make a difference to their bottom line. The outcome of many an agency presentation has hinged on this simple client question: ‘Has Barb seen this?’
Barb is an explorer and conservationist. She has conquered the highest free-standing mountain in the world (Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa) and uses her SCUBA certification to help save sea turtles and preserve our world’s oceans .
Roger Trollope
Business Director / Partner
Roger is a strategist, team-leader and businessman. His ability to lead and co-ordinate teams in multiple time-zones and from multiple disciplines made him an invaluable asset to global clients, while the numerous start-ups he’s helped become established businesses would acknowledge his resolute problem-solving and financial responsibility.
Roger is an adventurer. He really has back-packed around Asia on $5 a day (it wasn’t so tough 30 years ago), and in 2010 he volunteered to live and work in the Western Province of the Solomon Islands on behalf of the Tetepare Descendant’s Association and Australian Volunteers International.
Krista
Human Resources
Krista is br-and.co’s fostered orangutan. She lives on Indonesian Borneo at the Orangutan Foundation International Care Centre.
Uniquely, Krista was born at the Care Centre but her mother rejected her and now her magnificent and dedicated OFI carers are equipping her with all the skills she needs to start an independent life back in the rainforest.
She is a very trend-aware young lady: she is known for her stunning, natural eyelashes. When taken out for daily forest releases, Krista prefers walking with two caregivers. She takes both by the hand, dangles from their arms, and sticks both of her legs straight out, scuffing them lightly over the forest trail. Her caregivers jokingly refer to this behaviour as “skiing.”
